Lifestyle My Listing uses artificial intelligence to transform real estate photos. You upload your photos (or provide a URL), and we generate new versions ("Outputs") that show the property in a lifestyle context.
By using our service, you agree to these terms. We tried to keep them simple and fair.
2. Your Rights & Content
You own your photos. You represent and warrant that you own all rights, title, and interest in the photos you provide to us, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions to use them.
You grant us a license to use your photos solely to:
- Perform the services (create the AI generations).
- Improve our AI models.
- Display "Before & After" examples for our marketing purposes (e.g., on our website or social media).
3. AI Generations & Warranty
No Guarantee of Specific Results. AI generation is an experimental process and results can vary. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee that every generated image will exactly match your specific expectations or artistic vision.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
4. Payment & Refunds
We charge a one-time fee per job. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with the results, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
